Chicken Salad SandwichesI made these the other night for dinner and everyone loved them plus it was a nice change from the normal dinners we've been having. They are great hot or cold. I left the walnuts out. Also, I didn't use rotisserie chicken; I cubed chicken breasts instead, cooked them thoroughly and then blended everything together in my "chopper/blender". I didn't use swiss cheese either but used what we had- Jack and Pepper Jack. Mmm!
We used regular wheat sandwich bread.
Enjoy!
